How ordering works
The important stuff, plus answers to common questions.
- Booking: Your total is an estimate. Your order is not officially booked until I personally confirm availability and your 50% deposit is paid in full.
- Notice: Please allow at least 2 weeks for cakes, and at least 3 weeks for celebration packages, dessert tables, and orders of 3 dozen or more. Smaller orders of cupcakes, cookies, and treats are best with at least 1 week. Busy seasons fill up fast, so earlier is always better.
- Allergies: I must know about any allergies before your order can be booked. My treats are made in a home kitchen where wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts are used, so I cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.
Common questions
What if I need it sooner?
Orders with less than 2 days' notice have a 20% rush fee. Rush orders are subject to availability and are not automatically accepted. Please call or text me directly at 405-301-7858.
Why are all prices "starting at"?
Everything is custom, so your final price depends on the final design. I will confirm your final price with you before you pay your deposit.
How do I pay?
Pay by Cash App ($ShaileesSweets) or Venmo (@ShaileesSweets).
Do you deliver?
Yes. The delivery fee is $1.50 per mile. Choose "Delivery" on the order form and add your address in the notes.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Absolutely! Text them to 405-301-7858 or send them by Instagram DM @shaileessweets, along with your name and event date.
What happens after I send my request?
If you gave an email, you get a confirmation right away. Then I will reach out by email or text to confirm details, availability, and your deposit.
